Confluence administrators are responsible for setting up the connection to Zendesk and selecting which Confluence spaces are allowed to use the app. This ensures that only authorised spaces can sync content from Confluence to your Zendesk knowledge base.
Connecting to your knowledge base
Use the steps below to configure your Knowledge Base connection. Once the global connection is established, individual spaces can be enabled for syncing.
Connecting to ZendeskSpace selection
Choose the Confluence spaces you want to sync with Zendesk. After a space is added, additional configuration options become available at the space level. These include whether to sync the entire space or only a specific subsection, and which Zendesk section the content should map to.
